It's Open House Season!

When fall rolls around, so do Alberta postsecondary open houses. There are several happening between now and November. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your student in grades 10, 11, and 12 to think about what schools they would like to apply to. Open houses often have in person and virtual options. In person open houses give families a chance to tour the campus, check out student services, ask questions of program directors, and see what it would be like to be a student at that particular school. Most ask that you pre-register. Pre-registering will often get a student free prizes, discounts on application fees, and entered into draws to win tuition vouchers.

When looking for info regarding a specific open house, just Google the name of the institution and the words "open house".
